BUGfix: Abort timeout when bootLoaderConditionSimple()

When CONFIG_HAVE__BOOTLOADER_ABORTTIMEOUTONACT is enabled, then
timeout must be aborted when entering the bootloader via
bootLoaderConditionSimple().
